Many people place an order and get worried that their shipment does not arrive at their doorstep within a short number of days.  We usually are able to ship within 3 business days, but delays can happen for a variety of reasons.  Rest assured that we will communicate updates to you if we are unable to fill your order in time, but PLEASE make sure that you give us a reliable email address to communicate with.

Please do not ask us to locate your shipment if is being shipped internationally.  We cannot - the US post office does not provide that facility.  International shipments are also at the whim of the local custom's officials.  We have found that shipments into Europe, Asia and Australia can take up to 3 weeks.

Orders shipped within the US can be tracked via the www.usps.com web page.  Use the tracking number from your original order confirmation to determine where your order might be.  Non-USA customers please note that what appears to be a tracking number for your order is actually a non-traceable customs declaration form number.  The USPS (United States Postal Service) does not provide tracking internationally.

Please note that if you do not receive an order confirmation from Midon Design within 1 Business Day of placing an order, contact us at the email address below.  Also, when placing your initial order, please ensure that you provide PayPal with a valid email address - this is where your confirmation will be sent.

To determine your order status, please send an email with the subject "Order Status Request Manual" and your order number in the body of the email  We will follow up as soon as possible.
